"Our nonprofit organization hired Rolf to advise us and help design a tool so we could more easily and accurately make changes to an Excel workbook with multiple worksheets, intended for quarter-based reporting and annual summaries. Each worksheet includes both tables with formulas as well as graphs. The workbook is used with multiple clients and requires a high level of customization for each client, although the basic structure of the workbook must remain the same across client.
Specifically, Rolf provided the following services:

• Proposed and implemented improvements to our existing Excel workbook template
• Developed Excel macros facilitating the generation of multi-year workbooks based on this template and provided feedback when user entries adversely affect the workbook integrity
• Encapsulated these macros into a master workbook that provides access to the individual macros via a user-friendly GUI menu

Throughout our 5 month process of working with Rolf, we found him to be reliable and diligent.
